Giuseppe C. “Joe” Giliberto, age 82, of Wilmington, DE passed away July 23, 2017 at home, surrounded by his family.

Joe graduated from H. Fletcher Brown Vocational High School. He proudly served his country in the US Army.  Joe retired from Williams Appliance after 45 years and continued working for Homecraft, Inc.

Joe was predeceased by his parents, Giuseppe and Rosa (Rollo) Giliberto; his daughter, Natalie Peters; brothers, Frank and Benny Giliberto; sisters, Mary Joswick and Connie Perrone. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mary Ann Giliberto; sister, Subbie Fiore; sons, Joe and Frank Giliberto; stepdaughter, Debbie Zatwarnytsky (John), stepson, Paul Casula (Trisha); 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 12pm at Brandywine Valley Funeral Care, 412 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809, where friends may visit with the family from 10am – 12pm. Burial will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
