Anna E. Mosuly, of Bellefonte, DE passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at the age of 97 at Regency Healthcare in Wilmington.
Anne was born in Swarthmore, PA, the daughter of Harry and Mary Fluharty. When Anne was a young child, her family moved to Delaware where she made it her lifelong home. A homemaker, she was the loving wife for 69 years to John J. Mosuly, Sr. and a loving and proud parent to her three children. She also dearly loved her grandchildren and she would do anything for them. She loved to attend shows, watching entertainers such as Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope. At home she was an avid reader, loved to crochet, watch TV and do puzzles.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her son, John J. Mosuly, Jr, and her four siblings, brothers, Harry, George and Gordon Fluharty as well as her sister, Mary (Mame) Thompson. She will be sadly missed by daughter, Shirley A. Morris and her husband Frank of Claymont, DE, son, Larry W. Mosuly and his wife Rachel of Middletown, daughter-in-law, Virginia Mosuly of Califon, NJ, her very special grandchildren, Andrew Mosuly, Lesley Morris, David Mosuly and Courtney Suvie and also, her great granddaughter, Keira Ellis.
A viewing will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 10 to 11 AM followed by a service at 11:00 AM at Brandywine Valley Funeral Care, 412 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809. Interment will follow in Lombardy Cemetery.
