Debra Lynn Stockman

Debra Lynn Stockman, age 61, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on the morning of August 30, 2026 while surrounded by her son and daughter. We are pretty sure she is currently standing at the pearly gates, unable to decide whether to walk through or turn around.

If you knew Debbie, you knew two things: she wasn’t going to do anything she didn’t want to do, and she was going to take an eternity to decide what she wanted to do in the first place. Trying to pick a restaurant or make a plan with Debbie was an Olympic-level sport.

She filled her world with things that brought her happiness, most notably a lifelong love for unicorns and anything in her signature colors blue or tie dye. Her perfect days involved the simple pleasures: a classic Wawa run or cracking into a pile of king crab legs.

Debbie leaves behind a loving family, including her children, Matthew Stockman, Shannan Stockman, and Michael Stockman; her grandchildren, Lily, Jace, Aurora, and Emily; her siblings, Lawrence Radcliff, Kenneth Radcliff, and Linda Ford; and many other beloved family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Radcliff, and her brother, Donald Radcliff.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life on September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #74 (415 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809).
